Education:

Bachelor's degree in technology related field and/or experience in technology related field

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, ChromeOS, iOS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to analyze and resolve computer hardware and software problems
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience:

  • Provide technical assistance to district faculty and staff for use of equipment including computer hardware and software
  • Deploy software

  • Manage network printers and copiers
  • Physically move and check-out device inventory
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
