This recruiter will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations &amp; service level agreements. Promotes the company image to candidates and acts as a brand ambassador through social media channels. <br>&nbsp;<br>Responsibilities: <br>&bull; Interacts with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements. <br>&bull; Sources, screens and interviews applicants in line with requirements.. <br>&bull; Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams. <br>&bull; Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools. <br>&bull; Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate. <br>&bull; Continues interaction with candidate until the time the candidate joins the organization. Leads and closes all formalities related to on-boarding of the candidate. <br>&bull; Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines throughout the talent acquisition process. <br>&bull; Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. <br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>SKILLS: <br>&bull; 8+ years of technical recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. <br>&bull; Process orientation, good interviewing skills, good knowledge of industry &amp; excellent communication skills. <br>&bull; Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results. <br>&bull; Drives for results, customer first, intellectual capacity. <br>&bull; Taleo experience strongly preferred. <br>&bull; Experience recruiting for healthcare IT candidates strongly preferred.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br></span> More...
