If so, our Senior HR Business Partner role may be the right opportunity for you! -The Opportunity: -As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will use your expertise to collaborate with senior leaders and HR groups. Reporting to the AVP of Human Capital Business Strategy, you will partner with the business to increase the effectiveness of new initiatives and recommend solutions that will enable us to build talent capability, operate more effectively, and ultimately enhance business results. This is a highly strategic and collaborative role that has a direct impact on our business. -The Day-to-Day: Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with executives and other senior leaders to implement and increase the effectiveness of HR initiativesFacilitate talent reviews and succession planning conversationsProvide advice, insight and coaching to business leaders on their professional growth and department strategySupport business effectiveness on our performance appraisal process for greater results and developmentPartner with senior leaders on their employee engagement action planning strategiesFacilitate workshops (New Leader Assimilations, Start-Stop-Continue's, team building, mission/culture creation, goal development and strategy sessions)Collaborate with HR groups and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic, cohesive approach for the business. Please note: Several HR functions (e.g., employee relations, policy administration, learning & development, and talent acquisition) are handled by other teams, which allow this role to have a great strategic focus on engagement, development, performance, and talent -Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience, Master's degree preferred10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years' experience as a senior/strategic HR Business PartnerPrevious experience with competency models-Korn Ferry preferredAbility to navigate first-time and complex situations independently and drive resultsExcellent interpersonal, relationship building, communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership and other HR groupsExperience working with and developing higher-level leaders (directors, vice presidents and executives)High degrees of situational awareness, discernment, confidentiality, and integrityWhy Fisher Investments: -We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
