What's a typical day as a Marketing Account Manager? You'll be:

--- Renewing a recurring group of clients through proactive relationship management

. --- Creating new business through organized prospecting and lead conversion.

--- Managing the sales pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts.

--- Updating and maintaining CRM with personal activities and client meeting notes.

--- Representing the company at industry events to engage the market and identify sales and marketing opportunities.

--- Qualifying incoming leads for senior sales staff daily.

--- Organizing and maintaining company-wide CRM to better inform business decisions.

--- Performing usage analysis to support renewal processes.

--- Supporting internal onboarding documentation and processes for new clients.

--- Serving as the first point of contact for all incoming client and prospect inquiries.

--- Performing additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

--- Have a Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of business-to-business sales experience.

--- Have experience in selling subscriptions and familiarity with the energy industry preferred.

--- Have a proven successful track record of consultative and remote sales.

--- Have strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

--- Have effective time management and are a proactive team player.

--- Are a creative cross-functional collaborator who looks for opportunities to grow business and address market needs.
