Responsibilities:
--- Assist in the preparation of playground sites, including excavation, grading, and drainage
--- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of playground equipment
--- Safely and efficiently assemble, install, and anchor playground structures, swings, slides, and other components according to manufacturer guidelines
--- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
--- Operate construction equipment and tools, such as drills, saws, and compactors, in a safe and effective manner
--- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and functionality

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
--- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials
--- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
--- Experience operating construction equipment and machinery preferred
--- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
--- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
