Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technologist (MLS/MLT) to join our innovative team in Williamson, WV. In this role, you will perform various laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of health conditions. Our center emphasizes tailored healthcare solutions, giving you the opportunity to work directly with meaningful community-driven initiatives. You will utilize state-of-the-art laboratory technology to analyze specimens, aid in quality control, and ensure the accuracy of results, supporting our mission to enhance community health. Conduct chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests. Prepare samples for examination and analyze body fluids and cells. Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative analysis. Implement and monitor programs that ensure data accuracy and laboratory safety. Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss patient results and diagnoses.
