In this position, you will handle a diverse caseload, assist in surgeries, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and monitor post-surgical recovery. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patient status. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Supervise and guide junior nursing staff and support personnel.
