This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the labor and delivery unit, collaborating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and leadership skills to manage nursing staff and enhance patient outcomes in our state-of-the-art facility in Smyrna, TN.
