This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that blends emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, advanced diagnostics, a birthing center, and surgical services. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will be pivotal in ensuring that nursing care meets the standards of the facility, directing and coordinating members of the healthcare team, establishing and implementing protocols, and monitoring patient care. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, extensive clinical competence, and the ability to support both staff and patients through compassionate care and clinical expertise. Oversee daily operations of nursing staff and ensure compliance with established standards of care and practice. Coordinate the resources and staff of the healthcare team to provide optimal patient outcomes. Participate in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and procedures. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to performance standards. Liaise between various departments within the hospital to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Mentor and coach nursing staff, encouraging professional growth and maintaining high staff morale. Evaluate nursing practices, patient outcomes, and report findings to hospital management.
