The Rapid Response Nurse provides critical care to patients in urgent situations within the hospital, acting quickly to evaluate patients and deliver immediate treatment. This role involves working closely with medical staff to stabilize patients, administer medications, and prepare patients for emergency procedures. As a Rapid Response Nurse, you will play a critical role in our commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, healthcare services across a variety of specialties, including emergency care, cardiology, and oncology. Respond to emergency codes throughout the hospital and provide immediate care. Perform patient assessments and evaluate the severity of their conditions. Administer medications and treatments swiftly and accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize patients. Document all interventions and patient responses thoroughly and promptly. Engage in continuous education to maintain competencies in critical care. Strong clinical skills in a high-acuity healthcare setting Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to respond effectively to high-stress situations Proficient in the use of medical technologies and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
