TriStar Centennial Medical Center seeks a dedicated and skilled Medical ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients in our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit. As a Medical ICU RN, you will manage the nursing care of critically ill patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of our healthcare facility. Monitor and record the patient’s condition and document provided care services. Treat medical emergencies and administer medications following doctor's orders. Operate medical equipment and monitor patient vital signs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of critical care nursing practices. Proficiency in using medical software for patient care management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
