Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitoring patients' conditions and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. Operate and monitor medical equipment. Help perform diagnostic tests and analyze results. Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills.
