Starting pay: $35,360-$39,520 annually, based on experience and education, with opportunities for annual merit increases. Benefits package What You’ll Do: As a key member of our team, you will: Collaborate with a dedicated teaching team to create a warm, enriching, and supportive environment. Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that engages and inspires. Manage classroom activities and daily operations to ensure a safe and nurturing experience for every child. Who We’re Looking For: We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including: Educators, curriculum developers, and those with after-school programming experience. Individuals with strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates interested in other roles, such as positions requiring familiarity with business or accounting software.
