• Valid HVAC technician certification or relevant trade school training.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.Preferred Qualifications:
  • EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
  • Experience with advanced HVAC control systems.
  • Customer service experience in a technical field.Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation systems.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
    • Communicate with clients to explain service procedures, provide estimates, and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
    • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.Skills:The required skills for this position include strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, which will be applied daily in diagnosing and repairing equipment.
