Position Overview Brand: Marvel Location: Spring Hill, TN As our new Aesthetic Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our providers in delivering exceptional injectable, skincare, and laser treatments to clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards, cleaning and sterilizing equipment to ensure safety and hygiene, and providing attentive support to clients throughout their treatment experience. Responsibilities - Prepare Treatment Rooms: Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked before each client appointment.
- Prepare Patients: Room, numb, and help patients start paperwork ahead of treatment.
- Clean and Sterilize Equipment: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all tools, linens, and equipment after use.
- Assist Providers During Treatments: Provide hands-on support to ensure seamless and efficient treatment sessions.
- Support Clients During Treatments: Offer a comforting presence and assistance to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain Inventory: Monitor and replenish skincare products, supplies, and other materials to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Answer Client Questions: Provide accurate and helpful information to clients regarding skincare treatments, procedures, and post-care guidelines (within position scope).
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling appointments, answering phones, and processing payments to support smooth front-office operations.
