  Pending License accepted: No, all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines
  RTO Restrictions: All RTO must included at time of submission, cannot have memorial day and 4th july off
  
  Pay Package:
  Total Hourly Pay Rate: $63.75 Per Hour
  On W2(Taxable): $20.00 Per Hour
  Stipend(Non-Taxable): $43.75 Per Hour
