The HT Group has partnered with a growing, PE-backed fitness entity in the Brentwood area in the search for a qualified Staff Accountant for an immediate need. Our client is looking for a self-starter with experience managing transactional (AP/AR) and operational (assisting in month-end close) accounting facets preferably in multiple-entity/location settings. This role will be remote for the first 3-4 months as they continue their HQ buildout before moving to a mostly in-office hybrid schedule (4 days in-office/1 remote).Direct Hire $65-75K/solid benefits Remote/Hybrid Brentwood/Williamson County locationWhat you will do:- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.- Assist with financial statements, budgeting, and month-end close processes.- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records.- Collaborate with teams to streamline accounting procedures and ensure compliance.- Utilize QuickBooks Online for efficient financial management.- Perform other accounting duties and support other team members as required or assigned.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required- Minimum of 1-3 years of corporate accounting experience required- Previous experience managing AP and AR processes ideal.- QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Intacct ERP experience ideal.- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Excel required.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.by Jobble More...
