TA Staffing is hiring for a Senior Maintenance Tech for a client in Spring Hil, TN. Key responsibilities include equipment maintenance, installation, repairs, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, tooling changes, physical structures, and electrical systems at the Spring Hill facility, with a focus on preventative and predictive maintenance. The successful candidate must possess a strong knowledge of PLC controls and demonstrate the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.*Job Duties:** Maintain safe working conditions and ensure compliance with all safety rules, Plant Standards, policies, and procedures at SHSS.* Perform mechanical and electrical predictive and preventive maintenance work, including planning and repair work on machines, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily assembly production targets.* Optimize shop floor control systems, including the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and provide technical support for problem-solving activities.* Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, cycle time, and technical standardization.* Participate in new program development and equipment selection processes.* Learn new processes and technologies within the field, and undertake training as required.* Assist in the training of A and B Maintenance Technicians.* Perform special projects in support of the organization's business objectives.* Adhere to health, safety, and environmental responsibilities, ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations.*Minimum Qualifications:** University degree or College diploma in a related field, or certification in Industrial Electricity or Electronics required.* Minimum of 8 years' experience in industrial electricity, with experience in hydraulics/pneumatics and fabricating preferred.* Knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance operations with 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an automotive (JIT) Tier 1 manufacturing environment preferred.* *REQUIRED *industrial electrician certification* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.#CLA123Job Type: Full-timePay: From $37.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Evening shift* Monday to FridayWork setting:* In-personAbility to Relocate:* Spring Hill, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble More...
