This position is NOT remote eligible and works in the office 5 days a week. This position can work in either our Franklin, TN office or our Downtown Birmingham office. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for mortgage systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with system administrators to implement system enhancements, updates and patches.
- Assist in user training and documentation development to ensure effective system utilization.
- Serve as a first line of defense for information security incidents, promptly responding to alerts, threats and impending mitigation measures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a culture of awareness and compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration
