We're seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.Position Overview: As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Benefits:
