The System Validation Specialist will maintain a local stock of necessary parts, ensuring efficient execution of tasks, and will actively engage with customers to provide updates on projects and address service-related issues. Key Responsibilities: - Install, set up, and configure monitoring equipment in various healthcare settings, ensuring proper functionality and compatibility.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with monitoring equipment, both on-site and remotely, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on a wide range of electronic and mechanical components within monitoring systems.
- Calibrate and inspect monitoring equipment to ensure accurate readings and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation to effectively carry out installation and maintenance procedures.
- Utilize a variety of test meters and diagnostic tools to identify equipment malfunctions and perform accurate assessments.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory of parts and supplies required for on-site service, ensuring availability for prompt resolution of issues.
- Communicate with customers to provide project updates, address service-related inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer support.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
