You will lead residential case management and provide clinical oversight to Resident Caregivers, Medication Assistants (MA), and other resident care staff.Primary Responsibilities:Ensures quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state and federal guidelinesPartners with the Executive Director on recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, training and in-services for the Resident Caregivers, Medication Assistants, and LPNsCollaborates and partners with physicians, pharmacy and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residentsConducts comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission and quarterly assessmentsProvide on-call support for the communityEnsures compliance, efficiency and teams understanding of policies and proceduresOur Ideal Candidate:Leads by example and strives for excellenceWorks with integrity and a sense of purposePuts their team in a position to be successful on a daily basisExpresses genuine compassion and care for residents, staff and guestsDemonstrates good time management skillsHas strong interpersonal and communication skillsDevelops others to their full potentialRequired Qualifications:Licensed Practical NurseMaintains a current/unencumbered LPN license in the stateMinimum of 1 year of clinical and supervisory experience in long term care, community-based care or assisted living/memory careQuality assurance/improvement and staff development experienceThe ability to lift 50 lbs without restriction#BRWDby Jobble More...
