This position involves monitoring and evaluating processes of care and other aspects of healthcare services to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing patient outcomes. The Quality Assurance RN collaborates with the healthcare team to promote adherence to established standards and guidelines, ultimately contributing to a safe effective healthcare delivery and efficient hospital environment. Credentials / Education: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required, Master degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in an inpatient setting.
