Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for a Director, Human Capital Management (EBS) - Hybrid position in Brentwood, TN. The Director, Human Capital Management is reporting to the VP of Human Capital Management, the position will support the design, development, and implementation of a future state enterprise services business model for Human Capital Management by interacting with cross-functional corporate, hospital and clinic executives to understand business requirements, identify policy and process impacts and change management needs. This will include the alignment of roles and teams with the services and volume of work, guiding principles of simplification, customer service, process improvement/efficiency, optimization of enabling technology, and reporting. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Lifepoint's strategic vision to build a high-performing Human Capital Management team servicing a national footprint of healthcare facilities.The ideal candidate will be skilled in supporting a large, multidisciplinary Human Capital Management team with a focus on employee experience, customer support, and continuous improvement in conjunction with core human capital management expertise to ensure the quality, compliance, and rigor expected of a national healthcare delivery network. Applicants should possess a strong understanding of current human capital management transactional processes such as recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, and attendance, reporting and performance management. This position will work closely with IT and human capital management technology teams to optimize the enabling technology landscape for human capital management. Identify opportunities for automation, system integration, and data analytics to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities and assist with change management efforts related to the implementation of the future state shared services operating model to ensure smooth adoption and acceptance of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Following the design and implementation of enterprise business services for Human Capital Management, this role will transition into supporting the management of its day-to-day operations.Lifepoint Health is a leader in community-based care and driven by a mission of Making Communities Healthier.
