This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. As a subject matter expert, the AVP will play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with leadership to align talent acquisition resources with business needs, ensuring a 'best in class' service delivery mindset.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Operations leadership, HR Business Partners, and external partners such as vendors and search firms.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the strategic recruiting team, driving departmental objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.Candidate Experience: Utilize industry knowledge and trends to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and positive journey for all applicants.Recruitment Marketing: Partner with the Recruitment Marketing team to identify growth strategies and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Compensation Alignment: Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure job offers are competitive within the market.Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and make strategic decisions to drive continuous improvement.Additional Information:
