This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Dan Elam as his personal Showing/Production Partner PLUS more! This position will expose you to over 30 years of Dan's real estate systems, practices and procedures. You will be assisting Dan with day-to-day in office and out of office duties. While the primary responsibilities will be showing properties to Dan's clients, you will also be hosting weekly open houses for our vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage. This position also includes assisting with all other aspects of the real estate showing/production partner AND assistant. The hours can be demanding and will vary in this position. Hours will include weekend showings and after hour showings. This position earns a steady salary income PLUS great commission options!

Responsibilities:

--- Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
--- Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
--- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
--- Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster
--- Refine buyer's criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
--- Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
--- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
--- Help Dan with day-to-day operations and things that need to be done.

Qualifications:

--- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
--- Present yourself in a professional manner
--- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
--- Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
--- A valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are required for this job
--- Strong multi-tasking skills will be necessary for this role
--- Ability to work a flexible schedule
