Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Local Traveler to join our team. As a Local Traveler, the RN will have the opportunity to work in various settings within our network, adapting to different healthcare environments while maintaining a high standard of care. The role requires effective communication, adaptability, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Provide comprehensive nursing care in various settings within the network. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations. Operate and monitor medical equipment as necessary.
