Formulate and deliver individualized treatment plans based on patient-specific needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate speech therapy with overall patient care. Maintain patient records and document treatment progress. Educate patients and families on speech disorders and communication techniques. Provide guidance and supervision to speech therapy assistants and aides. Expertise in various speech therapy techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
