Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated RN or LPN to join our Long Term Care team, serving underserved communities with a focus on holistic health outcomes. The right candidate will administer nursing care in accordance with our established policies and the specific needs of each patient, ensuring a comprehensive approach to long-term patient care. Provide direct nursing care and assistance to patients in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for side effects. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
