We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long Term Care team. The successful candidate will have a profound opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents by providing high-quality, personalized nursing care in a supportive and caring environment. Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient health condition and record patient's medical information and vital signs Adjust and administer patient care plans as needed Perform routine check-ups to patients to assess their health condition and discover possible issues Offer personal support and reassurance to patients and residents Collaborate with other RNs, medical staff, and psychological professionals to provide holistic care Educate patients and families on the treatment plans as well as in health and disease management Exceptional patient care and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and administering medications Ability to handle emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Certification in Gerontological Nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is advantageous More...
