Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies. Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy. Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient treatment and progress. Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health care practices. Engage and educate patients and their families on managing mental health conditions effectively. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in mental health. Ability to build rapport and interact effectively with diverse patient populations. Experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and other therapeutic modalities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using electronic health records.
