The Senior Nursing Assistant will be integral in delivering personalized, patient-centric care, directly contributing to our mission of enhancing holistic health and wellness outcomes. Providing comprehensive patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and medical staff. Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitoring patient health status and recording vital signs. Implementing patient care plans and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Educating patients and their families on health care and wellness. Ensuring strict compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
