Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Prairie Creek Assisted Living facility. This full-time position is tailor-made for a nursing professional specialized in providing exceptional care to elderly residents, aligning with our mission of enhancing holistic health and wellness outcomes in underserved communities. The successful candidate will collaboratively implement patient care plans, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort for our residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by residents' healthcare providers. Monitor patients' health conditions and report any significant changes to the appropriate personnel. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care plans. Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families.
