Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Senior Nursing Assistant, Certified, with a passion for providing exceptional care in our Long Term Care (LTC) facility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of patient lives and wellness, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to our elderly residents. Provide daily nursing care and support to residents according to personalized care plans Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating Monitor and record patient health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse Support the emotional and social needs of patients, acting as a compassionate liaison between patients, families, and healthcare staff Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical procedures as necessary Participate in the development and updating of patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in patient care and hygiene standards Ability to handle physical demands of daily care tasks Attention to detail in monitoring and documenting health conditions Capacity to work collaboratively in a healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification; any additional certification in geriatric care or a related field is highly valued More...
