Taco Bell - Shelby is looking for a full time or part time Cashier and Customer Service team member to join our location in Rapid City, SD. The Cashier and Customer Service position will be a blend of hospitality and operations. You will use cash registers, POS terminals, electronic scanners, and other related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers all while making sure our guests' needs are taken care of. At times you'll be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The ideal candidate is dependable and reliable with excellent customer service skills, top-notch accuracy, and displays exceptional customer service to ensure the guests will return. Additionally, the Cashier and Customer Service role will greet customers as they enter the location and answer any questions as needed as well as take orders and enter them into the POS terminal. Attention to detail is a must, since you will accept payments for items purchased and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift.
