As a nursing professional at Sanford Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and enhancing patient outcomes. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of Sanford Health. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of nursing care provided. Administer medications as prescribed and observe reactions, if any. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Educate patients and their families on illness, wellness, and preventive healthcare. Supervise and guide LPNs and other nursing staff, depending on role and experience.
