As a Certified Nursing Assistant in Long Term Care, you will be pivotal in delivering compassionate care to our patients, enhancing their quality of life and maintaining their dignity in a supportive environment. Provide daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's care plan. Assist residents with personal care tasks, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help residents with mobility, including moving and transporting them according to safety protocols. Monitor and report changes in resident's health, behavior, and needs to supervising nursing staff. Engage with residents, providing companionship and social engagement. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas and assist in the maintenance of cleanliness of shared resources.
