Take vital signs and record in electronic medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide patient-centered care. Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards. Proficient in administering medications and maintaining records. Strong observational skills and ability to assess clinical symptoms. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
