This position will work Sunday -Wednesday from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am and Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Friday morning. --Weekends are normally scheduled off.-- Hours can vary slightly depending on production volumes.--Starting at $19.48/hr. with $1.00/hr. night premium when working from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. A $1,500 sign-on bonus.--JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES--. Operate cheese vats on production of various cheeses. Set up cheese vats and associated equipment for cheese production. Calibration of pH electrodes. Clean and sanitation of associated equipment. Monitor cheese manufacturing process to produce product within customer specifications . Monitor and document wash systems for proper cleaner concentration strength-- . Washing of vats and associated equipment as dictated by production schedule. Maintain a neat and orderly work area to include floors, pipes, walls and equipment exteriors. Know and follow all safety and Good Manufacturing Practices rules.
