As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient care and support across one of our dynamic Med Surg units. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a supportive environment at the forefront of healthcare innovation, ensuring high standards of care in a fast-paced setting. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit. Monitor patient health and progress post-surgery and during recovery, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on disease management, post-surgical care, and preventive health measures. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records of patient's health. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any side effects. Function effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of nursing care. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
