Oversee patient care services and ensure adherence to established standards. Coordinate daily operations in the emergency room, manage staff schedules, and patient assignments. Implement clinical protocols and healthcare standards in the emergency department. Evaluate nursing practices, patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient care and treatment plans. Act as a key liaison between physicians, patients, and other healthcare providers. Manage resources efficiently to ensure prompt patient care. Participate in the mentoring and training of new staff and ongoing education of existing staff.
