Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs in the ICU environment. Carry out physician orders and administer prescribed medications. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Assess and maintain patient comfort and safety. Perform interventions to stabilize patients in critical conditions. Educate patients and families on end-of-life decisions and palliative care options. Strong clinical skills in a critical care setting Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to perform effectively in stressful and high-pressure situations Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
