HCA Healthcare invites new graduates to apply for our New Graduate RN Residency program, designed to provide intensive postgraduate education and training with a focus on clinical competence and comprehensive patient care. Our program bridges the gap between undergraduate education and 'real world' professional nursing. Participants will receive mentorship from seasoned nurses, gain exposure to cutting-edge technology, and develop the skills necessary to become a valuable member of our healthcare team. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to work across various departments at our nearly 2,000 sites of care, including our state-of-the-art hospitals and surgery centers. Participate actively in all training sessions, simulations, and mentoring opportunities with experienced RNs. Provide high-quality direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. Assess and monitor patient conditions, and report changes to supervising RNs or other healthcare team members. Assist with the development and updating of patient care plans. Engage with patients and their families to educate and inform them about their healthcare statuses and treatments. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all healthcare processes.
