In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care in pediatric settings, delivering comfort and support tailored to the needs of our young patients and their families. Ideal candidates will have a passion for pediatric healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to patients facing life's most challenging moments. Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in hospice and palliative settings. Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. Record patients’ medical information and vital signs. Educate and support patients and their families on healthcare needs, conditions, and treatment options. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Strong pediatric care and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer emotional support. Proficiency in medical software and documentation.
