As a Benefit Specialist, your daily activities will involve using our proprietary lead management system to connect with business owners and key decision-makers, introducing them to life and supplemental health benefits available for their employees. This role is based in a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, leading to a balanced work-life structure. The compensation plan is equally attractive, featuring an average first-year income of $50,000 for Benefit Administrators. For those interested in Management, earnings can exceed $100,000.
