Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Loan Operation Representative position in Greenville, SC. As a Loan Operation Representative you will be responsible for gathering information and taking each file from pre-approval to closing; verify loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance; Collect required documentation, review file documentation, and make sure all items needed are requested.

Responsibilities for this Loan Operation Representative position include:



*Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing.



*Verify loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance.



*Collect required documentation, review file documentation, and make sure all items needed are requested.



*Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy.



*Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents for recurring internal reports.



*Act as a liaison between the borrower, underwriter, loan originator and lender.



*Contact and communicate with clients by telephone, e-mail, or in-person.







Qualifications:



*High School diploma or GED Required



*Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred



*5-7 years experience required



*Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills



*Must have strong attention to detail



*Basic knowledge in lending and the real estate industry



*Must have ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions



*Knowledge of basic accounting processes and procedures is an asset



*3-5 years experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products





The shift for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
