Local non-profit agency for higher-level education is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator. Ideal candidate will have a college degree and be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Publisher. Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director with all administrative tasks. Tasks will include but are not limited to: scanning documents, organizing electronic files, developing and editing brochures/handouts, tracking training sessions, maintaining office supplies, event planning, etc. Agency offers a great benefit package, 401K and paid time off.
