Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Material Planning Coordinator II to join its organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow departments material handling practices and procedures along with customer requirements in a safe and efficient manner
• Verify quantity and conformance of materials to stated identifications and documentation,
• Work with Oracle and other computer systems including both in-house programs and customer portals.
• Work with a team and collaborate with other departments to meet production needs.
• Print shipping labels
• Process shipments (ordering trucks/BOLs)
• Process supplier receipts/manifests
• Drop shipments
• Process MRO materials (handling, receiving, and delivering)
• Process small parts receiving (opening, counting, inspecting, receiving, put away)
• Process requisitions for POs
• Send secure blueprints to suppliers
• Update aged materials report
• Update hot parts log
• Process reverse material flow
• Monitor controlled locations
• Monitor receipts thoroughly physically and systematically
• Research and supply suggested locations for put away parts
• Work and communicate as a team
• Cross train with Material Planning Coordinator IV's to serve as backup.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School Diploma plus 1+ year of experience or equivalent education/experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Experience performing data entry, utilizing email, and navigating the internet
  • Forklift experiencePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Associate Degree or higher level of education in Supply Chain
    • Experience in Defense, Aerospace, Combat Vehicle product development and/or Manufacturing work environment
    • Oracle Experience
    • Lean Manufacturing ExperiencePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $42436 - $67898Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
