They serve as the primary liaison and customer representative throughout the implementation, correlation of Roche solutions, and ongoing clinical application support. Their responsibilities include planning and coordinating implementation, providing customized customer training, and resolving issues that may arise throughout the solution's life cycle. They act as advisors, analyzing customer needs, driving efficiencies, and problem-solving independently. Additionally, they identify opportunities for new system consumables to increase sales revenue. This role requires advanced knowledge, specific training, and certification, with the ability to adapt to complex requirements and engage in marketing or product development initiatives.The group also takes on project management responsibilities and conducts business process reviews. They are highly knowledgeable in a particular area, system, or equipment related to technologically advanced instruments and scientific applications.
