In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production equipment and processes. With your expertise, you will help us continue to nourish and sustain communities around the world by maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence in our manufacturing facilities. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial production and processing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems Calibrate and adjust machinery to optimal operating conditions Record maintenance and repair work performed, and the costs of the work Collaborate with production teams to enhance machine reliability and performance Adhere to safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and safety Provide technical support and training to other personnel as needed Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using tools and repair equipment Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver's license Industrial Maintenance Technician Certification preferred Familiarity with ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, or other quality and production standards advantageous More...
